My company does this. They say one of the things to look out for is links that don't have "companyname.com" in the url, however eventually they started using a 3rd party payroll service. So anytime we'd get a "payrollservice.com" email everyone would report it and it messed up response times on payroll stuff for a few weeks lol

my company similarly recently set it so all non-company-name emails are flagged as suspicious, and now all our IT infra emails from our servers and service providers are flagged lol
