The Asian teams are probably the most likely to end up with the toughest groups.

I'd agree with avoiding Denmark as well. I think we're gonna get at least 2 tough groups in the draw. I don't really agree with Portugal being pot 1 either but it is what it is.

I have a feeling the country being so small will instigate a lot more trouble between fans.

As an England fan i'd take a moderately hard group stage if the reward for getting out of it was a kind last 16 tie. You wouldn't wanna be stuck next to the group of death with any of the top seeds bar Qatar and the likes of Germany or Holland behind them.

The host nation always play above what they're normally capable of. South Africa were unlucky not to get out of the group in 2010. Charmander is right though if you're anyone in pot 2-4 you want Qatar.

I'd say this is the weakest group possible with the teams that are likely to qualify.

Poland definitely did this in the run up to the 2018 WC. They organised friendlies so they'd get the points to climb into pot 1 for the draw. Fifa changed the way the point system worked not long after.

Looks like all the usual suspects are qualifying for this WC.Canada are the only 'new' face. Little bit disappointing.

This coupled with the fact Mario Kart DLC runs until late in 2023 means the next console probably won't be happening until late 2024-early 2025 at the earliest.

Unless you're a joke team i'd say most have a reasonable shout of a last 16 spot given a good draw. I think Qatar will struggle though given the way the draw is done by rank now. I think the pot 2 and 3 teams might be too much for them because they can't draw another Asian team.

Great to see Canada qualify. Who knows with a kind draw they could even make the last 16.

I have a feeling Ukraine will qualify. They'll have that extra fire after what's happened to them lately.

We had a dream draw two tournaments in a row and blew it. Can't see us ever getting another chance like that.

It's a shame Macedonia have gone away to Italy, beaten them and are now rewarded with another away trip against Portugal. Can't see them doing the same again but would be nice to see them complete the fairy tale.

I know how to play mahjong in Yakuza. Not sure how well i'd do playing it irl though.

If you disregard America i doubt anything to do with Chrono Trigger gets past 1 or 2 rounds in a contest.

Keef is one of those guys i don't actively follow but will randomy think about once in a while and see what he's been up to on youtube.

These will probably be the Sunday games. Kinda feels like a weak year though for Evo. Maybe Granblue Fantasy Vs might have a shot given it missed out 2 years ago.

Yeah this. I'm so glad i played the first 2 Cold Steel games before Crossbell.

It's one of my fav fighing games but i can't justfiy rebuying it when nobody will be playing it online. This patch coming in the Summer will probably give it a few days of life again before it dies again.

I think i enjoyed CS3 the least out of all the CS games. Kinda just felt like a return to CS1. That and it blue balls you all the time. Everything i wanted to do in this you have to wait for in CS4.

Capcom are just as bad as Nintendo when it comes to re-releasing old games every gen.

The countdown apparently ends at the end of Capcom Cup so i'd be surprised if this is everything but fighting game news. Probably SF6.
