just got on a break so that is one reason for the dip, Im always prepared but had a tough 30+h work weekend so Im pretty exhausted mentally

had a big dip in my mood today

OvenBaked is a gacha runner.
Kingdom is an autobattler with a town and resources, gacha of course.

I started with Kingdom. Its a great f2p shit game with no ads and after 4 months I still dont need to use real money.

And now Im also playing Ovenbaked but that one has ads and tons of shit I could buy but hopefully wont need.

Metroid Dread was tough but I loved the game regardless because the controls were buttery smooth. At least on the Pro Controller I played on. Saw you had issues with Joy-Cons a bit?

Having said that, I don't think it's my favorite 2D Metroid. Atmosphere pushes my preference for games immensely, so Metroid Prime, Super Metroid, and Metroid Fusion all are games I prefer. Dread's just kinda lacking in the music department, not a lot of memorable, atmospheric tunes. I also prefer Super's kind of level design, where once you get a new powerup you're left to your own devices to figure out where to go next. Dread, most of the time, just not-so-subtly pushes you towards the next place to go when you get a powerup, with a few times where you're given a choice to sequence break if you go out of your way to do so.

Man I played it with 2 drifting joy cons normal and hard and it was too difficult cuz the controls and animations are just amazing.

Loved the game! Beat it on normal then hard back to back. When doing hard I tried to sequence break even more. Almost fucked up too much using the bomb jump glitxh under water before gravity suit, had to do so very precise platforming to get out of that situation.

But gotta say show is growing on me. Huuuge difference from the heavier drama focused only on a few supernaturals to the monster of a week CW teen drama, lots of effects, EVERY supernatural being ever, lighter and more humor.

The change wqs jarring, did not expect that.

Maybe cuz I take a month or two break after a few months prevents that I dunno.

Weed is a bandaid that actually makes it worse long term

Last year I did use it wrong, I forgot to use my tools when on it so I ended up having a big dip in mood. Ive learned, still learning to use it better.

Alcohol was that bandaid for me and it fucked me up.

Im the complete opposite, it turns me into an agoraphobic wreck, cant even go grocery shopping. I fully support its use and legalization, but I can definitely say my life is much better without it.

Yeah I get it, its not for everyone. And I have side effects as well when buzzed like I get a bit paranoid, munchies (but for some reason I lose weight when Im on this), dont get things done as quick, like Afroman sings about. But the positives outweigh the negatives.

The daily dosage still give effect even when sober, but usually takes like 4-5days after a break before I get the effect.

Like it makes my brain slower so my thoughts dont spin away and cause my anxiety, and it makes it easier for me to use my tools from therapy. And when I do get anxiety its like not as sharp and it wont control my behavior as much.

Too bad it doesnt also help me as much with social anxiety.

What you mean? Mean my messy place? Ive been improving but its starting to get bad again, but for the first time Ive axtually kept my place tidy for over a month lol.

I get anxiety over pretry much everything, negative, positive, every choice I make etc, and sometimes it gets pretty bad.

A nightly herb time makes it much easier for me during the days.

Sure SSRI helped but the side effects were not fun.
I rather have herb side effects.

Instead I had a hole on 3 other teeth. Man its been ages I had holes, must be the ciggarettes I started 2 years ago.
