Hardly the case. He had to get approval by the New Jersey Cemetery Board for the plot of land he wanted to use as a cemetery before he could bury anyone there, which he got & he is only exempt for taxes on that plot of land, which is around 5,700 square feet, not the whole golf course. I don't see how he is monetizing his wife's death. The whole thing is nothing but a cost sink, a small one for him, but he is not making money on this endeavor. He just wants to bury himself and his family at a place of his choosing.
