Forget about the test I posted and read this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kinsey_scale

The Kinsey scale only has seven ratings (eight if you include X, which is the lack of a rating, a.k.a. N/A): 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. There's nothing about decimal numbers. If you're using decimal numbers, you're using a different scale, one that wasn't made by Alfred Kinsey. There's nothing wrong with that. You are free to use any method you want to rate your sexual orientation. Personally, I don't need a scale to tell you that I'm 100% heterosexual and that I find the idea of me personally having sex with someone of the same sex as mine disgusting. But that's just me.

But what is the Kinsey scale? It's a heterosexualhomosexual rating scale that does exactly what it says on the tin. The Kinsey scale was also the first of its kind. Since its creation, it has become outdated for several reasons, the primary one being that it only really works with cisgender people. So what are we supposed to do if we wish to continue using a scale to rate sexual oritentation? It's simple: create a new one.

This entire conversation is ridiculous. All I'm seeing are people fighting about semantics and looking for reasons to get offended. People are getting batshit crazy because I refuse to call a Pepsi a Coke. What the hell is wrong with this generation?

Please carefully read what someone says before insulting them. I said either you're lying or you took a different test. If the reason why you got a 2.4 is because you took a different test, then I did not call you a liar. In order to put this to rest, can you tell me which test you took to get a score of 2.4? That's the best way of settling this argument by putting aside all misunderstandings. Because as it stands right now, a 2.4 doesn't mean anything. I can say that it's 26 degrees outside right now and most people reading this will think that it's cold when it's actually hot. Why? Because they're using Fahrenheit and I'm using Celsius.

Again, I don't give a shit about the Kinsey scale and you're free to use it or not. But don't claim to have taken the Kinsey scale test and gotten an impossible result. There are probably hundreds of different tests to rate sexual orientation, but only one of them is called the Kinsey scale. I'm not here to argue which scale is better. I honestly don't care. All I'm saying is that you can't call every video game console a Nintendo. If you're only playing on a PlayStation, you can't say you play on a Nintendo. That's a brand/model.

What is the name of the scale ParanoidObsessive used to get a 1.7? Contrary to what they claimed, it can't be the Kinsey one. The same goes for Far-Queue.

I'm not gatekeeping anything. I don't give a shit about the Kinsey scale and I don't use it. You're free to use any kind of scale you want, but there's only one Kinsey scale. If you want to use a different scale, don't call it the Kinsey scale. Call it something else.

And? It wasn't me who brought up the test. I only provided evidence to prove that what the user ParanoidObsessive said is impossible. Whether or not the Kinsey scale is valid is irrelevant.

It depends on the Kinsey scale you use Not to mention, that test is the bare basics when it comes to the questions. Like Mead said, that test is outdated If people want to use decimals, they are well within their right to do so
There is only one Kinsey scale and it doesn't use decimal numbers. If you're using decimal numbers, then you're using a different scale that wasn't made by Alfred Kinsey.

What? The Kinsey Scale doesn't have decimal numbers. It doesn't matter how you answer the test, the only possible results are 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6. Try it yourself and you'll see that a score of 1.7 isn't possible.

Decimal numbers aren't possible. Mine is 0, obviously. Anyway, can you tell us the reason why you don't want to watch it? I noticed that two out of two gay/bisexual men voted no so far. Is the movie unappealing to them because it doesn't accurately reflect the reality of gay romance or because the movie itself is uninteresting and it's not because of the premise. I sincerely doubt it's the former, but I'm not well placed to judge considering I've never been in the shoes of a gay man and never will be.

All options except the last two are cisgender.

https://youtube.com/watch?v=BQIeBB9XMe8

I'm curious to see the kind of demographics this movie appeals to.

Straight Men
I'm a part of this demographic. I actually watched and enjoyed Brokeback Mountain back in the day when I was a teenager. I heard it was good and I didn't mind the fact that it was a gay drama, so I watched it. I felt a bit uncomfortable during the sex scenes, but that should be normal coming from a straight man. Overall, I really liked the movie and it deserves the awards it won. As for Bros, I personally found the trailer hilarious and I'm definitely going to watch it. I also find it refreshing because it's not going to use any of the common tropes found in straight romantic comedies, it's all new material. I'll probably feel a bit uncomfortable during sex scenes if there are any, but I don't care. But how many straight men like me are actually interested in that movie?

Gay and Bisexual Men
I assume this is the main target demographic for obvious reasons. It can serve as a good comparison to other categories.

Straight and Bisexual Women
Straight men are very often part of the target demographic when it comes to lesbian media, so I assume the opposite applies for this movie.

Lesbian Women
I can certainly relate with this demographic. Like them, I feel zero attraction toward men. But is being part of the LGBTQ community going to make a difference compared to being a straight men?

Transgender
I know this category doesn't take sexual orientation into account, but I couldn't include all of the possible options. Still, I don't believe it'll make that much of a difference considering the very low percentage of transgender people. I didn't want to exclude them, but I also didn't want to include them within the other options because I believe it would skew the results. I assume transgender people are much more likely to be interested in this movie than cisgender people with the same sexual orientation.

I'm certain they would want to keep 2A completely intact and unassailable, and keep allowing school-aged children to be massacred by the dozen. This is exactly how they envisioned America. Land of the free, home of the spineless gun-toting dipshits gunning down babies, because by golly that's their inalienable right as free Americans
Except the second amendment is only intended to allow a well-regulated militia the right to bear arms to protect the state and its citizen, not that every single citizen should have the right to bear arms. The text is blatantly misinterpreted and propaganded by NRA lunatics who want to profit from the mass selling of firearms. The founding fathers never agreed with this to begin with. In other words, being pro guns is being anticonstitutional. The very thing they use as an excuse is based on a lie.

What an asshole. The "it's just a kid" mentality is the reason why so many people grow up to be entitled brats and criminals. You have to teach kids about responsibility and accountability.

Sounds like a fun guy to be around.

I went to school with a psychopath. He did drugs in the restroom, verbally abused the teacher, conspired to stab me, and actually did stab me in front of the entire class. That was in fourth grade (9-10 years old). He was new at my school and it was also his last year there. My mother had him arrested by the police and put in a juvenile detention center. His father was in jail at the time, so it runs in the family. I wouldn't be surprised if he became a hardened criminal in his adulthood. No empathy, no remorse. He thought it was funny and never gave a damn about punishment.

But not all psychopaths are so overt. Many seem quiet or even normal. I learned how to detect them, and I can guarantee you that most aren't overt jerks. Unless they're also narcissists, they tend to keep a low profile during their everyday lives. One in every hundred people is a psychopath. Let that sink in.

Alright, I'll try to give you more constructive criticism. But first, I must tell you that I didn't think the video was made by you. I thought you were shitposting or something, or perhaps just saying that you liked that video. Now that's out of the way, let's begin.

The two main reasons why I dislike the song are 1) your singing and 2) the genre. When it comes to the instrumentals, I may be biased against it due to my tastes. The same cannot be said about the vocals however. It almost seems like you're just talking at times, and there's no melody or harmony in it. I do, however, find the "peaks" somewhat decent, e.g. 0:43 to 0:53. The lyrics are bland and unimaginative, but I don't think you were trying to write something really special. It might as well have been on purpose, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

Next up is more positive. The part where you're grimacing at 0:34 is weird and grotesque, but I'm pretty sure that's what you were going for and you succeeded. I think it works. It's trashy, but in a good way. The costumes are good for such an obviously low budget. They also fit the theme. You could have used actual surgical masks, but you went for exaggerated humor. The plague doctor is also a good idea.

As long as you're having fun, that's the most important. Just don't expect to make a living out of it. As for myself, I only play the piano. I'm far from being good enough to make a living out of it. I'm also not interested in practicing for extended periods of time to become pro. It's not a life I want. I've learned to play the saxophone in a music class in high school. I hated it.

My strength is in using music editing software to compose or remix existing soundtracks. I don't have a lot of original compositions, as I prefer remixing. It's something I do as a hobby, but I could probably make a living out of it if I studied music theory at the university. However, I don't feel passionate enough to pursue this career path.

As far as I'm aware, I haven't met anyone before they became famous. I have however met plenty of famous people. An older (now dead) family member of mine was already a successful author, composer, playwright, singer, poet, translator, and theatrical producer and director when I first met him as a kid. He was apparently big in his prime a few generations ago, but is now mostly forgotten. If he still has any fans left, they must be really, really old. He even has his own Wikipedia page in two different languages: French and English.

I also have a great uncle who was a successful author for children literature before his death a few years ago. He wasn't as big as the previous one (he doesn't have his own Wikipedia page) but he was big enough to have his death featured on the front page of a city's newspaper. His books weren't bestsellers.

Apart from these, I've met quite a few national celebrities (big enough that most people have heard of them) in places meant for fans to meet them. I wasn't anything special. I've been to kiosks meant for getting autographs and was able to meet actors and get pictures with them at a theater.

I think my most significant meeting was when a famous actor came to my school to make fun of one of my teachers. He graduated from that same school and had many of the same teachers as I did. One of them was infamous for his weird antics. He came to my drama class and did stand-up comedy with our drama teacher's blessing (it was arranged and a surprise to the students). The funniest part is when he started imitating our geography teacher from the previous grade, the one with the weird antics. The students were 14-15 years old. I was a fan of him, so I was pretty excited. I couldn't get to talk much with him after class because he had a busy schedule, but I did get his autograph.

Although I've never actually met him, it's noteworthy to talk about a very famous actor who married a distant cousin of mine (one of my father's first cousins). My father told me a few anecdotes. Like the first person I mentioned, he has his own Wikipedia page in the same two languages, but it's a lot more detailed. If you live in my province, odds are you have heard of him. You'd have to be living under a rock otherwise.

It's possible I may have met a celebrity before they became famous. The most likely possibility is a hockey player in the NHL. I've met a few junior league players who may have later been selected by the big league. The odds are slim, but that's a possibility. There's also my father who was on the radar of the NHL (he was invited to be an entry draft prospect), but a knee injury cut short his career before it even had a chance to start. Let's call him an honorable mention. His position was goalkeeper.

Some are just spreading diseases, and taking them out of the equation wouldn't be bad to the ecosystem. Scientists are looking for ways to eradicate them without causing any collateral damage. One popular method is adding genetically modified male mosquitoes that will cause their species to selfdestruct without affecting other species of mosquitoes. She got rid of him because he was dangerous for kids (unpredictable and prone to biting due to trauma) and she was planning on being a mother. The dog was sexist but in the form of positive discrimination. He prefers men for some reason. Luckily for him, he was readopted by a gay couple.

Animals like dogs love you unconditionally. People just want to feel loved.
Not true. If you treat your dog like shit, it won't love you. In other words, love is conditionnal. A racist or sexist dog may also hate you no matter what because of your race or sex. My mother's bitch hates me even though I've never been bad to her. She hates all men. She was tortured in Spain by men where animal rights are nonexistent. She still has scars from the knife wounds she received.

One of my sister's many bitches (she doesn't currently own a male dog) is racist toward Spanish breeds because she was forced to live with thousands of other dogs in a concentration camp in Spain. She's basically racist toward her own race. She's intolerant of the other Spanish bitches in her new home, but she doesn't mind the Australian Shepherd and the Chihuahua. If a Spanish dog approaches her food or gets too close to her while she's trying to sleep, she growls. If it's a non Spanish breed, she doesn't care.

Very telling that you think the American flag is more inflammatory than identifying as a literal Nazi
I never said one was more inflammatory than the other.

This sure is a take
The US doesn't have a good reputation in the world. This is why wearing it in public would just signal everyone that I'm some kind of bigot. Hence why it'd be the same as wearing a Nazi hat, except the Nazi hat isn't ugly. I would be ridiculed and/or hated for wearing your hat. So not only is it symbolically terrible, it's also fashionably bad. I think the only way I could pull it off is if I'm playing a caricature in a skit to make fun of the US. The US is a popular laughing stock.

Fuck no. That'd be like wearing a Nazi hat. Strike that, at least the Nazi hat is fashionable.

That's my cat. She's addicted to me. She gets sad and anxious when I'm not around. When she has lost sight of me in the house, she calls for me. Once I've said a sound, she immediately rushes to meet me. She always follows me around. She spends the majority of her life in close proximity to me. She's sleeping on my lap right now.

Lol, I got a message of obvious satire deleted and I'm not sure if someone very conservative marked it or someone didn't realize it was satire
Be careful with that. It can be interpreted as trolling because it can provoke people to respond inappropriately. And even if something is satire, some things should remain unsaid.

On an unrelated note regarding your signature: it's about discipline, not toughness. A black belt means that you've mastered the art, not necessarily that you're stronger.
