There is no such thing as toxicity from an underrepresented population. The reason toxic masculinity (and white toxicity) are a thing, is because white males make up the majority of the population of the world. If things ever change, then you'll see the definitions of toxicity change.

I'd argue that aspect of the film wasn't even remotely the reason why it got critical acclaim, and that the sort of people who focus on that as a core theme are generally terrible people with way too much time on their hands (and fortunately, in the vast minority).

The vast majority of people will never do anything all that remarkable, and will be more or less completely forgotten in less than 100 years.

After 1000 years, we'll have forgotten everyone except for the most important historical movers and shakers. We might remember political leaders or military leaders from major nations (and even then only if we maintain detailed history), but the average person will neither know nor care about nearly everyone else, whether they be celebrities or scientists or all but the most significant of religious leaders.

After 10000, all but the most infamous will generally be forgotten. Unless society undergoes major upheaval between then and now, in which case even those people will be forgotten as well.

And at some point, every human who's ever lived will be forgotten forever, and no one will ever remember what they did, or who they were. Given enough time, humanity itself will be forgotten, and no one and nothing will remain to prove that we ever existed.

Eventually, even the stars themselves will burn out, and a lifeless empty void will be all that remains.

Nothing we do matters in the end... so ironically, the only thing that really matters are the things we do in the moment. Don't strive for fame, or enduring legacy. Just live the life you want to live, and try to die with as few regrets as possible. That's all any of us really get out of this life.
