Typhlosion is just worst Charizard, has the exact same stats, but a worse movepool.

I used to be bank teller, I've had people give me notes on what the wanted done for the transaction a few times, a regular at one branch I worked at was mute, so he always did it in writing. This was pre-covid, but nothing about the note to me would have indicated a potential robbery. We kept people's IDs scanned into our system to identify them, I probably would have asked him to either life his glasses and mask up, or for the last 4 of his SSN to identify him. In the event of a robbery, we were instructed to simply do whatever the robber asked, we would not have called the police, or hit the panic button until they were out of site of the bank.

Since Russia's army and equipment are so poorly maintained, I doubt their nukes would be any better.

Of the countless attempts to keep the flame lit, culminating in the utter mess that is the world of Dark Souls 3.
