Some of those animations look right out of tekken. We got laws flip kick, we got kings crouching kick...sure there's others but yea that's ripped whole sale from tekken

This is also why I don't use dating apps. Chick's have 999+ messages from dudes and they are overloaded with options. It's not good for anybody in terms of intimacy and actually making a meaningful connection. I've had maybe 1 or 2 decent conversations through a dating app. They don't really facilitate good convo or connections (even when I meet people through dating apps something is just off)

When aim existed I was a dorky ass dude and got one of the hottest chick's (two years my senior) to actually pay attention to me from the convos we had through AIM. They need to make a dating app with no pics. I'd totally be down to meet people blindly if I had a good convo with them. At that point I don't give af what they look like.

I remember liking the thrawn trilogy and some of that expanded universe shit as a kid.

The thing about cartoons from the 80s and early 90s is that while they look fine in still shots, the vast majority of them do NOT look fine in motion, especially the ones that were exclusively made to sell toys -- and that was basically every 80s cartoon.

Or they had fantastic openings animated in Japan and then the actual show looked like ass

This redesign isn't bad. She's like some alt punk emo shortcake girl now...I kind of like the design. The strawberry beanie is adorable with the greenstalk on top. How is that not adorable?

The trade off is pc had terrible controller support in those days. Try doing the tow cable bit with arrow keys. Took me forever to master that

Lack of fmv was always a big deal to me for n64
I had shadows of the empire on pc with gorgeous (at the time) fmv cutscenes.

I hated this movie when it first came out and I saw it in theaters. Then loved it when I saw it late at night years later.

Back when I played my favorite deck was this blue green snake deck I made. I had insane card draw and whenever somebody tried to attack me I turned their stuff into a 1/1 snake. I had cards that put my graveyard back into my library too. I didn't really have any win conditions I just made games so insanely drawn out.

Hard to say. Scanners is kind of timeless.

Can they just come out with a Capcom vs snk collection that are ports of the arcade or dream cast version? And the ports has all the cool extras the dreamcast version had?

I am a good person in that sense, I spend money and attention on women, I try to change the things they don't like about their lives, I will be an asshole if i have to in the name of productivity and positive living. I'm not the type of dude in it just for the sex, which is probably why the sex is coming to me I guess. I'm never the guy who initiates, you'll know when a chick wants it, she'll be direct about it. Sex isn't very important to me honestly. It's more about the validation I guess. I've always felt looked down on by women throughout my life, that prevailing what is so wrong with me whenever I used to attempt to connect with a female, even just trying to have friendships with them. Something clicked this year with what was "wrong" with me and it was because I was too comfortable. I never "needed" what they offered and I could sense the resentment and boredom from that just as easily as they sensed my lack of desperation and drive. I feel like I still don't and I'm just spinning my wheels in existential fury, but that energy won't last long term.

You said people match the energy you bring. Women have always had a sense of judgement about me. They didn't start noticing me until I started judging them. That very passive aggressive "you aren't good enough" judgement i never get around dudes, yea I learned that from women. If I ever try to bring that energy to my dude friends they'll tell me to fuck right off but women love it.

Being chill has nothing to do with being boring and has nothing to do with your activities or your ambition. Being chill is an energy you bring. Like I am going out to karaoke tonight which is a thing some women find fun and interesting. But I am still chill in terms of bringing positive energy and being relaxed while also confident. I have had lots of women approach me at karaoke, but I am taken :)

Oh I'm chill now , but I won't hesitate for a second anymore calling people out on something I don't like. The old me would've given women a pass because I didn't want to "upset" them. Then I stopped thinking from my own perspective and realized they are addicted to that. They don't want to be comfortable all the time. That's how it seems to me at least.

I know you don't mean "chill" as in sex, as you get that. Do you mean a woman who "is chill"? I know they exist, as everyone talks about how easy going my fiance is. I also think a lot of it is learning how to be more chill myself. You often attract the energy you give.

When I was "chill" I was "boring". Or not ambitious enough. Or childish. Or whatever. Being comfortable with myself personally never worked for me when it came to attracting people. I might have overdone it this year as I do annoy partners with always having to do something now, In terms of challenging oneself. But they keep coming back no matter how pissed off they get with me. They don't forget about me. I am a little toxic about it but my partners seem to prefer that than me just "chilling". I've had chick's block me then unblock me and we end up smashing again. Whatever I'm doing is working as last weekend on Sunday I slept with two different women (one I woke up with and one I went to bed with)

Maybe I just haven't found the woman that just likes to "chill" yet.

My viewpoint is from my own experience, when I did the things I found comfortable I didn't get much sex and I too was given the "boring" label. Then a traumatic event happened in my life earlier this year where I said "fuck it" to everything and then I actually started fucking, when I stopped caring about what was reasonable and comfortable to my own sensibilities. Basically went through an ego death I guess. I don't miss the old me that much though, I had my fill of those comforts, especially during covid quarantine. I even got back with my ex briefly and she made all these comments like how much I "changed and improved". I just merely stopped giving in to what old me wanted. I wouldn't call it aggression, but you do have to have a non complacent intensity to be noticed sometimes.

Another comment I hate seeing in topics like these. When people give advice like "don't be boring". To me, that's like saying "don't be depressed". That's not really definable. If a "boring" person knew how to stop being boring, they would have done it already. We need explanations.

Most times when a girl says a guy is boring it means the dude isn't challenging her. If you can convince a chick you have ways to enrich her life (because who doesn't love self improvement) that's half the battle for "boring"

Boring to women is analogous to comfortable for men. Like as dudes we are just grateful for existing but that's not enough for women. Gotta think like a woman and stop being so comfortable. Thats why so many women own multiple pets. Its not comfortable at all but they dont care. When I stopped caring about my comforts is when I started getting laid...having money helps a lot too

It's about challenging who they are and why they think the way they do about certain things. Women like to be challenged. Maybe argue was the wrong term.

If she asks where are we going tonight she doesn't want to hear "it's up to you"
That kind of argue/challenging. I dunno it's hard to explain. If she's doing something inefficient call her out even if she's butthurt about it at first, explain how to do it better. Challenge her. Don't make life a cakewalk for her all the time they don't like being relaxed like men do.

I saw a comment thread about that rabi ribi game on reddit awhile back and everybody was bitching that ribi had a loli design. Ribi is a fucking fairy. Of course she's going to be small and young looking. Maybe I'm just desensitized but are people just naturally just bitchy about everything these days? I didn't get a hard on the entire time I played that game I just thought "oh cute" but everybody on reddit was bitching about its "loli" artstyle. I was flabbergasted. Flabbergasted I say.

Which one? I know there was one immediately after. The first one seemed pretty stone cold right until the end. I was sad the show got cancelled too. Same with that one show with that girl who solves cases. Her name was Wu but I forget the name of the show.

I think it was Shelby wu? I also liked that show. It was strangely watchable even though I don't remember the plot to a single episode .

I didn't usually watch live action stuff that wasn't sci fi as a kid but somehow that show didn't make me turn off the TV

I don't think it was space cases. None of the characters were memorable looking. They were wearing what I believe was just boring red star trek ish suits. I think it mightve either been a mini series or a just a made for TV movie.

It's ok to be "nice" but don't be a doormat. Women love being pissed off and called out when appropriate. If you are good at arguing they love that even more.
