It's the same meat. the raw burger patties last about a week refrigerated. They are always using, for all purposes, the stuff closest to expiring. That is basic stock rotation that anybody who's ever had to handle food in their entire life understands. During the main rushes burger patties are cooked en masse. If they aren't sold before they start to cool off (like 5m for jr patties, i think it was maybe 10 for full size?) they are taken off the line and crammed in a pan kept above the danger zone for bacteria. when the rush is over that meat is chopped, sealed, and frozen. --- "Now, was that civilized?
