To the best of my knowledge you're probably out of luck.

Unless the computer wrote something to the device, and specifically wrote something identifying, then there won't be a record. There's no guestbook that routinely gets signed with dates, times, and computer names when a storage device is read. You can look for accessed dates on files that are between when you lost it and found it again. Those won't tell you who, but they might tell you if they were accessed and when. Long shot since updating access dates has been OFF by default on Windows systems for quite a long time. If you're talking about images, you might get somewhere checking out windows system files like Thumbs.db stored on the device, but again a long shot.

You will most likely never know if someone looked at your furry incest porn.

This goes the other way. It tells you what devices have been connected to your system, not the history of those devices, at least not insomuch as other systems are concerned. Still a good thing to know.
