Largely depends on the field, tbh. I'm in the legal field and they usually don't fire you on the spot since they need people to cover cases, court days, etc. Last time I left a job, I gave them a month notice, but that mostly for the sake of my clients.

I dunno, it actually looks more digestible than XC2's combat. But that's largely because the tutorials in XC2 were trash.

XC3 seems like a lot but given the direct, it seems like it flows pretty decently.

This weird pining for the "classic Final fantasy" has been going on for over decade. It's time to let go, bros.

Honestly, play the PS2 Ace Combat games whenever you get the chance. They control pretty similar and they've aged pretty well.

The soundtracks are total bangers.

Apparently there was an anime that takes place before this game? Makes sense considering an arc felt like I should have had background knowledge on lol

I finished Second Light yesterday. I think my biggest criticisms are:

• The game loves to bombard you with character events and cutscenes as the cast gets bigger, it can be overwhelming at times. I remember spending a few hours just going on dates lmao
• The music is not as good as the first game. But the exploration and environment themes are really good, so it's not a huge deal. Wish the battle music had the same flare as the first game though.
• The difficulty on Normal completely tanks at the end. I was finishing bosses in 1-2 turns, except for the final boss which actually took a bit of effort.

But I actually like it more than the first game. I didn't expect to like the cast as much as I did and Ao is a great main character. This game handles the Yuri undertones really well.

I picked this game up on a whim because I enjoyed the first game enough but Second Light made me a fan. If they make a third game, I'll definitely be buying it.

Fuck cancer. I'm praying for a miracle for you.

You can craft healing items and use them outside of battle, yeah.

Started the second game not too long ago. They're pretty good games to relax to, tbh.
