Don't worry, we won't. It's extremely unlikely that Putin will opt to use a nuclear weapon in Ukraine, it's far too risky, serves exactly no benefit for him, and would lead to his death and whatever would remain of Russia after the war would be split between the US, Europe, and China. Russia as a country would be a thing of the past. And the US is having private discussions with Russia, and is explaining all of this to them in far more detail.

Also keep in mind our own governments lie to us about this stuff so it never gets to Russia.

But think about it, we have had how many years of nuclear weapons? I can guarantee you the US has a defense for them that hasn't been made public.
I would not be surprised if they wanted Putin to fire first just so China can't claim the west fired first so easily. The west effortlessly shoots down Putin's 70 year old missile and sends a few hundred of their own.

Far as I know. Most of the mechanics in populous the beginning have never been repeated. And that's a shame. The AI is really quite advanced, especially for the era.

I did pretty good by doing 18k steps every 2 days. With that I could pretty much eat normal and still lose weight. It's much easier to do this with a friend or your spouse. It's boring otherwise and you'll lose interest quickly.

Then I got sabotaged by winter, then my spouse got very busy and couldn't keep going with me and I lost all my progress. Except I'm way stronger than I used to be, and fat now.
People really can't figure out how my fat ass can stand at my standing desk all day effortlessly and then still go on a walk, do yard work, and have no pain. My legs are fucking strong, just never get to use them like I used to.
So don't fall into that trap.

I'm the same as TC; started playing Tetris Attack recently and I'm not near as quick as I used to be. I'm lucky to get a x4 combo now. But I'm sure some of that can be chalked up to not being in the groove yet.

Yeah that one always takes me a half hour to get back into it. Hard to believe i beat Bowser on the hidden ultra difficulty. I don't think I'll ever be that good again.

The US's murder rate drivers tend to be limited to relatively small areas. If you're outside those areas, the odds aren't substantially worse on a pragmatic level than anywhere else

North America produces a lot of food. So no one should go hungry.
Food variety might drop. But realistically Russia was a big gas tank, and Ukraine made a lot of bread.
I expect next year farmers will change their crops and the shortage will largely be over.

I actually did. Moved to a smaller town. Didn't feel safe in the city anymore. Also it seemed like my condo had weekly break-ins.
And considering Canada's current healthcare strategy is to put you in a hallway so you don't die in the waiting room after 4 days of waiting, you don't want to risk being mugged or stabbed.

I feel like the front line soldiers in these formations...didn't live very long.

It used to be a pounded into people's heads that it was a great honor to be the first to fight and die on the front lines and soldiers would clamor for it, or be judged cowards.

The flash doesn't. Who says I'd use it for fighting anyways. Plus if I had any control over just how fast I moved I'd only need to move fast enough to not get hit in fights to win.

I'd probably take the superman route and mostly use speed for getting from point a to b then add dodging attacks if in a fight.

Poll says super speed, not the flashes godlike power to bend air molecules around him.

When you dodge a bullet, you cause a nuclear level explosion on the spot as your limb collides with the air and turns into super heated plasma.

It's more of a feeling. It's not about using my brain. Blame this movie. It made my choice many years ago as a kid. 1986 around the time of all my favorite childhood movies like Explorers and the rest. My heart is there.

I mean, I get you can exploit certain things with these, but for me it's about fun. If you can fly, you can kill bears and most predators easily with spears from above.

I don't want money. I want to have my own land and live off it. I can clean up and come in to town to watch new movies when I'm bored. But I wanna build something all by myself like I do in Minecraft.

With teleportation you can fly, you can do all that, carry heavy objects vast distances easily, and you could teleport your hand inside an animal and squeeze it's heart if you do wanted to.

I think I would pick teleportation. Although super strength and flying would definitely have uses, teleportation might be the most life fulfilling.
You could pop into every country to assemble your breakfast, pop into the kremlin and kill Hitler I mean Putin, save the world, be back home to watch it on the news.

Anyways the rules are totally different if sponsored. But you have to take your whole family or spend a lot of time explaining why they aren't coming to Canada. Seriously, why is your 95 year old grandma not coming to Canada, where's her $250 medical test you require to get for her, even though she has no intention of coming to Canada.
Oh also, redo all the forms, because in the 8 months it took to get a response, all the forms were outdated. And that's if the officer that looked at them realized how long they were sitting in the pile. Sometimes they randomly fail you for old forms even though it's their fault there are old.

Most Americans aren't qualified for express entry into Canada (that's the only entry, it's a stupid name for it). So unless your between 18 and 30, with university education, and speak fluent English or French, and are in one of the required job fields of the month, you can't get in. And even if you do have all that, and score high enough, it just enters you into a lottery. Also some worse provinces have a second lottery you can enter if you agree to stay in them.

Only other ways are to be sponsored or abuse a foreign student co-op program like most people do.

I like that so long as there's more than just levelling up involved in achieving godhood. I like having other mechanics to play around with to create broken combinations, as opposed to the game just becoming easy once I hit a certain level.

That's true. God level because you understand the game. But totally cool with the game being balanced around players not understanding the game.

I actually like the feeling of turning into a god as you level up. The reverse difficulty curve.
