Its a huge surprise that the 11th circuit Court actually followed the law and even called bs on that initial judge. Who knows, maybe judges will stop handing Trump wins for nothing now that this happened. It's not a huge surprise. Even Federalist Society judges need at least an air of legitimacy in order to make sure people still listen to their rulings.
