Hes consulted a lawyer about all the things he can and cant do and thats why you see he has no problems filming people and showing their face in his videos too. Its considered public property so he doesnt have to get consent. But now when you see the lazy bone is saying that theyre going inside to get a manager, thats why he wont go inside cause its now considered private property and he can get in trouble there. Even the Cart Narc himself admitted to how this is the best way to deal with him. Its just peoples egos that get in the way and they just cant handle being called out for being lazy to their faces. I know from Dawkins antocs that maryland is a 2 party consent state, so if the witness is there, they would need trump's consent. Witness did not take or respond to call, instead contacted lawyer who contacted comittee who has informed DOJ. I saw someone in the chat I was watching bring this up. If that witness would have picked up and recorded the call, would it have been able to be used as evidence for the committee? Yeah there was a hidden port of the first arcade game on like a GameCube Turtles game or something but all the original music was replaced with this awful track and all the voices were gone. It was pretty lame. If the latest ports were any indication (those Arcade1up cabinets), TMNT has everything intact except for the main theme. For some reason they use like a crappier remixed version.
