I honestly keep forgetting to check here. Pretty busy nowadays with two little ones and an overnight manufacturing job.

I have Steam and OpenEmu available to me. Id like to play something new (to me).

It's legit a good show. And the music is great. One of my least favorite things about kids shows is the plinky repetitive music but Bluey has enjoyable music

I agree. One of the bits that really sells it for me is the voice acting. The kids arent voiced by adults throwing on a kids voice, but by actual kids. All the laughs and sounds and everything just sound so much more genuine. Its not something Id likely have noticed if I didnt have kids of my own. Its pretty subtle but makes a big difference.

I think I may enjoy it more than my kids do.

Medabots. Love the games. There's two gba series. One was RPG style and the other was 2v2 fighting style. Both had the style of loser gives up a piece of their medabot to the winner. RPG ones were fun, the fighting one was meh.

I like Ketel One. For a while I bought Hammer Sickle, it was a cheaper alternative and still very smooth.

I hate the nether. I only go in fairly early to grab quarts and then dont go back again until Im ready to bed-mine for ancient debris. Once I have enchanted Netherite everything, then I go searching for the fortress.

Maybe not a mechanic so much as a story telling device, but in Spec Ops: The Line, you can perform takedowns/executions on fallen enemies. As the story progresses and Captain Walker slowly starts to have his mental health degrade, the executions become more brutal, the callouts to enemies and even teammates are angrier, etc. Once you make it to the end it all makes sense, and it becomes much more noticeable, but on the first play through the buildup is subtle enough it could be missed.

Yeah kids take up so much damn time. Hardest part of fatherhood for me was coming to grips with the fact that I have no time for anything any more.

Like, I want to exercise more regularly, but my options for making time to build a routine are to get up at 330AM before I need to get ready for work, or exercise when the kids are in bed which is a crapshoot at best.

Been trying to make time after they're in bed but some nights they're asleep by 730, sometimes 930, and by then I'm passing out lol

I get that. I do 6:00pm-6:30am overnights four nights a week and I spend the fifth day recovering and flipping my sleep schedule back. The rest of the time Im just with my kids. I wish I had more time for picture taking, shooting, bike riding, etc.
