However he's not. He was still fully capable of massive feats of strength and endurance.
I wasn't referring to his lifestyle, simply his appearance. His appearance was very exaggerated, but it's very very possible to have a similar paunchy body type and not be unhealthy.

The only people with that body look will be defensive linemen or some strong men

The argument I was having is about visibly muscular body types.
Having muscles and being visibly muscular are different.
And being visibly muscular should not be "a goal for every man".

Dad bods being attractive happened because of the discussion we're having right now.

Yet look at how Thor in End Game was received. Mocked relentlessly both irl and in the movies.
Popular media has been doing its best for decades to make men believe that being visibly muscular is the only attractive body type.

I'm glad it's changing, and will continue changing.

End game Thor was severely unhealthy though. I'm pretty sure they even had scenes of him stuffing his face with donuts and soda

You don't need visible muscles. But living like end game Thor is not something we should be okay with either

I work outside 8 hours a day, as I said moving and lifting heavy objects. Just right now I'm about to process and evaluate a Volvo VNL.
And as I said, I've got a dad bod. I don't go to the gym, don't run or jog.
I've got a decent layer of fat, and sit around 200lbs

Depending on your height you're probably really understating how muscular you are then.

And dad bods have been considered attractive for like 5+ years now. Dad bods are muscular bods with a layer of fat

Trust the report card more than the conference

Teachers can't really be 100% honest at conferences because of how shitty parents are now. They always inflate every comment to be a bit nicer than they intend.

The report card is usually their true feelings. But even then, at elementary school with the 1-4 rating, most kids will just get a 3 in everything no matter what.

Breaking Bad would have been a better show if they killed off Pinkman like the writer/creator originally planned to after the first few seasons. Could have gone a better direction.

I can do up to 15 without stopping for a break. Could probably do 20 but my shoulders get a little sore around 15.

Swimming is great for burning calories. You see those ripped swimmers on tv. And its easy on the joints. The guys you see have a bad diet.
