I call cap on the income required to own an average home in central FL. I make about 90-110k a year in Osceola/Polk county and that 70k requirement is laughable. I still feel I can't afford a home.

I went to numerous shops the other day and 10k HOLLOW cuban link is going for 3,000+ in central Florida. I can easily afford that, hell I could afford the ridiculous 14k SOLID cuban link that they're trying to sell for a ridiculous 15k but I simply refuse to pay. My income yearly is around 110-120k and for me those prices are ludicris.

In my state you'd be arrested for leaving your post like this. My friend was a manager at Speedway. The overnight clerk threw a tantrum and walked out. He Left the gas station unmanned. He spent 2 days in jail and had to go to court because of it. I bet those employees will have trouble finding work in the future. Nobody wants to hire someone who quits without notice. You'll also need a job reference besides your mom.

I had to switch up my current payment plan. Capital One told me the new date/time would be by the 19th of each month, by 8:00 PM EST. I got the email and paid it last month, no big deal. The payment plan was switched back to its previous one without informing me in any way, so now I'm past due.

It only gets reported to the credit bureau after being late after so many days. Way more than 3 days. Youre fine.
