| Yadoken 09/14/22 5:29:28 PM #27 | For the past 10 years, my liquid intake is as follows: -Roughly 6oz milk and 2 oz espresso (8oz total) for breakfast. -About half a can of fresca for lunch (6oz) -2 oz espresso at 2 or 3pm. -Half a bottle of beer (6oz) with dinner. -3oz tequila at bedtime. Occassionaly when I am thirsty I might drink about 3-4 oz water. That usually occurs every 2-3 days. --- Fear of looking in the mirror and seeing who you REALLY are is sadly what makes most people extremely terrible. |
