The problem with this film wasn't that it didn't have enough fan-service. No amount of fan-service would have fixed a plot that was fundamentally terrible.

The one that allowed you to jump on spiked enemies was essentially and honestly a bit overpowered (made the guard's in the final dungeon pretty easy to defeat).

Playing through Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines got me in the mood for a stealth game again.

I beat the first one back in high school and enjoyed it. I was thinking about going through the rest of that original trilogy, starting with Pandora Tomorrow, then Chaos Theory, then perhaps Blacklist if Im still craving more.

Are they still worth playing today? If so, what is the ideal version? I was thinking the PS3 ports.

Thank you.

Just curious, is this a result of the game's age showing, the comparison to Oddyssy's controls, a problem with porting it to the switch, or me not having the reflexes that I once had.

The game's controls feel slippery, like I can't quite get a proper grip on the acceleration or the direction of Mario in tricky platforming moments. It's very easy to overshoot your jump or accidentally run off an edge. I just completed the non-Fludd challenge in Ricco Harbor and it took me a lot more tries than I expected, with the camera disorienting and the platforming slippery.

Keep in mind, I'm not griping or complaining about any of this. My sole complaint with Oddyssy is that game-even the post-game moons-were too easy and I wish the game were a tad more demanding. I'm loving that even these early game Shines are a bit tricky yet not overwhelmingly difficult. I adore 3D platformers, am having a blast playing this, and still think it generally controls well. I'm just wondering if anyone else had these issues or if it's just me.

Tomb Raider III

That's my favorite of the original 5. Great levels and variety throughout. I haven't played Angel of Darkness yet, but from my understanding, that's the worst of the main series.

Agreed with DMC2 though.
