I remember early release, the moon veil and sword of night and flame pre nerf was levels of ridiculously over powered.

Bleed/frost is pretty much OP in Elden Ring, if youre melee.

I made a glass canon build and absolutely smoked her in seconds with azur comet. Buffed the fuck up with every magic boosting accessory, armor and consumable.

Managed to get her to charge me and she just ate a full cast of comet. Took like 7/8 of her health first phase.

Same thing second phase, used her Rot Bloom super. Caught her during her recovery. Melted.

Not fasting, but I really cleaned up my intake.

I was disgusted with how I looked.

cut beer out mostly, will only drink low cal, maybe one or two a week.

limit carbs, go more carb friendly.

cut out my vices like pizza and deep fried foods.

eating more greens and veggies. Trying to drink more water and replacing any sugar drinks with zero sugar substitutes.

I walk a lot at work too. Average about 11k steps a day, then Ill try to go to the gym 3 times a week for a high incline walk on the treadmill for 20-30 minutes.

I havent weighted myself prior to this. I probably should have, but I was terrified of the number that would pop up.

having said that - i still find it hard to believe he didnt have a concussion Sunday and having a fast turn around for a Thursday the Dolphins FO needed to do the right thing and let him

Im saying - I havent really gave a shit about Covid for a while because Ive been back to work since a couple months after the initial surge, working in construction my day to day didnt really change much. For those who have been WFH until recently Im sure theyre trying to get used to the way things were pre-Covid.

Ive been back to normal since spring of 2020. So Ive already moved on 2 years ago.

I also don't see how it's legal to advertise a place at $100 but then the host tacks on some BS, making the total price twice or more than listed.

I dont think airBnB cares cause theyre getting a % of the charge.

yeah, we try to keep the house neat when we can. But we aint got time to scrub bathrooms and kitchens and cabinets.
