Looks like Franchise Mode from Madden 2001-2005. AKA when they had competition from the ESPN 2K series.

Everything they showed from Free Agency, Draft, Training Camp, Etc was actually in Madden 2001 on the N64. After EA bought the NFL license they removed all the features, you can look at Franchise on Madden 06, a completely bare bones experience.

This new exclusivity deal that was signed by the NFL apparently requires them to make a certain amount of money each year to keep the license. Madden Ultimate Team was released with the next two years after signing this deal.

10/10. It's trying to get attention for more simp $$. it looks to be working perfectly.

not actually sure. however, depending on the size of the black hole (maybe even by this point) time would start to slow down on earth due to the speed it's spinning around the black hole.
