B is regular punch (like every other game)
Y is special move (say it with me now)
X can be used as either block or throw or any other move

I actually agree conceptually. But when you have to build a broken character to beat the broken enemies, thats not good design to me. And would it have really upset anyone if there was just a quest LOG in there? Not even waypoints just the name of a character and a short summary of their request would be fine.

so much potential but poor execution. And if you enjoyed it I feel really jealous of you because having a wiki open while Im playing a game isnt my idea of a good time.

Well I have stopped watching. I imagine a lot of people have, Falcon isnt exactly a compelling character. Im just saying Endgame was so perfect and with them getting xmen now, would have been the perfect chance for a soft reset at least.

Riding the horse around the map is pretty fun though. Until a random jump decides to kill you.

About 80% of everything Ive ever loved came out of Japan so Im gonna say yes.

Maybe because Im just sick of open worlds but also I like having a sense of what to do next. I know you can do anything but give me a little direction at least. Played it for only a few hours before I got bored.

It brings a lot of satisfying closure to the story. You can consider it to be one part epilogue, one part proper conclusion. It shows a lot of cool details and cathartic character moments, even though the action has mediocre choreography and disappointing camera work.

I feel the same way about the closure part. 3 ended on sort of a cliffhanger and a lot of well now what? I thought this was very satisfying as to what happened after in that universe. Even the actor changes were explained really well, particularly Agent Smith. I understand people who didnt see/like the original trilogy dumping on this but youre absolutely right, closure is the word.
