Like if I didn't like my job/manager, and I know my responsibilites were covered without knowledge transfer and I wasn't burdening my coworkers. Sometimes for the sake of your mental health you need it. Like you really dislike your job and you got a new one that starts in a week and you want to take a few days off. Her boss was not pleased. Lol But as an unwritten rule, 2 weeks at least is expected. I get the whole "it's not fair that companies can let you go at anytime if you are work at will State/place" thing, but when you give people 2 weeks, it's to transfer down knowledge, train others your responsibilities and make sure you get your work done with your fellow coworkers. It's also not good to burn bridges. The tech world especially is small. I was pissed when they laid off coworkers without notice a few months back. I think it still holds the test of time well vs more modern RPGs from a gameplay perspective. The grid unlock system was really fun. Besides that, the story is really good. --- Less is more. Users who walk less are also less likely to be active overall on the go app outside of raids, which also means catching less Pokemon and spending less on the app. I get that they want money and people back to walking and doing in person raids again, but they should give further incentives to people who do walk more and in person raids, and not penalize the people who prefer raiding remotely.More XL candy for in person raids as an incentive is a joke. I'm kind of willing to bet that they are making more money from remote raids from regular users before this update than in person raids before remote raids were implemented.
