Dishonored is a major dissapointment trying to be some shitty Thief and Biochock mix that utterly failed.

I want the game, seems hillarious and also has lots of Jobs to play around with.

Ive gone from diabetes 2 to prediabetic. I was like 20kilos heavier and I drank too much when Ingot the diagnosis. Was on metformin few years. Lotst weight and cut down alcohol a lot.

But Im still at risk and need to eat better, lose more weight and exersice more to lessen the risk.

I'm on 15mg/day. Started about a year ago at 5 for a few weeks then up to 10 for like 6 months. 15 has been the sweet spot for me. Literally nothing bothers me anymore lol

I tried 15mg but then I couldnt finish sexually. 10mg has been good for me before.

Used to take 5 lexapro and it was enough for me. Stopped cause didnt get refills so i tried going on without them. At first all good, some slight mood swings, but was feeling pretty good and was loving having a full libido. But then I started a new job and it got really tough so started having some anxiety, though never as bad as before lexapro. Also dont feel AS confident, content like while I was on lexapro, but not doing that bad also. All in all I prefer myself on lexapro, but dont want anymore side effects.

The side effects can suck. For me its mostly been minor effects on libido, very realistic and insane nightmares and some weird stuff with the sense of taste.

Been without over 2 years. But its not working to be without atm.

Doing Escitalopram again, 10mg per day, forst week 5mg/day.

Hopefully it has the same effect this time.

Hope things start going better for you. Maybe take a long, hot bath and listen to some of your favorite music to take your mind off of things for a bit. It might help.

Im gonna try to take it easy and start cleaning my appartment, but no pressure. And when I notice my thoughts spinning Ill pause and take breaths and focus on now and not waste energy on things I cannot do anything about.

I could, I mean nature is everywhere in Sweden. But its raining and I dont have appropriate clothes for that.

I may go for a swim in the pool today if I feel for it.

My mental health isnt doing so well. Its chaos in my head, my thoughts and emotions are fucking things up for me. So much mental blocks, I get mad at myself why not just do the things I want and not let my thoughts and feelings have so much control over me.

I had to go on sick leave from work, I cant manage it right now, I dont wanna be away from work but yeah.

Just had to vent, it almost feels like Im scratching at the door to depression, and I need to avoid that. Calling my health clinic on monday.
