Idk if you're being intentionally silly but the monthly mortgage payments went from 2400 (which was already mortgage+taxes) to 3600 per month, which is a 50% overall increase. Doesn't seem that difficult to comprehend.

Yeah but not that much of an increase. Went from around 2400 to almost 3600

Even after getting a house it's bs. We got in just in time to lock in a decent interest rate, and was about the same monthly payments as renting was, but because of property tax the mortgage went up about 50% after the first year. The point of getting out of renting was to avoid random price hikes -_-

People try to act like X-Men was already over milked by Fox, but in their 20 years they somehow dodged the Savage Land, Mojoverse, Shi'ar space, Genosha mutant slavery, Summers family drama, Bastion and Prime Sentinels, Legacy Virus, Phalanx, Onslaught, and despite trying to give Mystique more screen time never touched on any of her actual family or relationships. Just so much untapped potential still waiting to be realized.
