Great fight scene, but what you may not know is that when the Punisher stabs the Russian with the knife at about 31 seconds in? That's a real knife that really stabbed Kevin Nash. The weapons guy didn't verify that the knife with the retractable blade was the one available to Jane, and according to Nash, it was because he was too busy flirting with the young asian assistant running around.

Do you think Thomas Jane should be held accountable for stabbing Nash? Because I don't. Just like I don't think Alec Baldwin should be held accountable for assuming that a weapon he was handed was safe when there's literally someone on set whose job it is to make sure that they're safe.

Could Alec have also checked? Possibly. Is he a gun guy? Would he even know what to look for? If not, checking himself doesn't do much good, does it?

My biggest complaint is actually the slow-mo shots. I think a lot of the humour are repeated Illumination jokes that will really date the film, but half the slow-mo shots served no purpose. Some were cool, and I remember one, maybe two, that had a good joke, but most of them were just something like "Mario does a backflip while making a silly face".

I noticed this on my second watch of the movie.

There's literally two points in the movie where Mario does a slow motion backflip over something while saying "Mama Mia".
Also, the licensed music was a bit much, I could have seen all those cut out and not missed them one bit.
