I think the 49ers are just built where you can plug almost any QB who doesn't make too many mistakes and do very well.

Rinoa Ultimecia obviously.

I feel like they should've given Wilks a second chance instead of Reich. Wilks first shot had Josh Rosen at QB. And he managed to almost get the Panthers into the playoffs without picking his own staff. Reich should've sat out a year.

Now we just need Square to do it with their other franchises.

It was a great season. Do we still have work to do? Absolutely. We're still rebuilding. But it's hard to deny this was a great season. First playoff win in 11 years. Daboll is a good coach. He got a lot more out of this team than I thought possible. Not sure we're back in the playoffs next year or not, but for the first time in a while I have a bit of optimism for this team's future.

Would love if DaBoll would borrow whatever Doug Pederson drinks to make his balls so big. But I'm still pretty happy with this coach. We made the playoffs when I thought we'd have a Top 5 pick.

I don't think the Chargers are going to fire Staley. Man it's hard to believe he's only been there for two years. It sure feels like longer.

I think the Broncos are probably the best team to go to. Coaching matters. And we saw what Doug Pederson could do to the Jaguars vs Urban Meyer. And while he had Trevor Lawrence so did Urban Meyer. And let's be honest, Hackett? He was one of the worst head coaches this year. A competent head coach could have that team being competitive.

Correct. We add more tiebreakers as the playoffs go on. With seeding being the ultimate tiebreaker. Making seeding more important in the wildcard round, but less important as the playoffs go on. Thus giving a slight advantage to people who did better in the regular season.

Also should be noted that if someone doesn't make a pick, that the person who DOES will automatically advance. If both don't submit picks, then the higher seed advances with a penalty the next round of +6 points.
