Japanese may be a foreign language but it's not a fucking alien language. Listen to enough of it in any context and it's easy to pick up on the different moods and emotions that the actors can give. It's easy to tell when someone is giving a great performance if you actually bother to listen.

The climate crisis is gonna rear its head sooner rather than later and public transit is the only realistic solution. If you can take cars off the road and put would be drivers on a train or bus then it'll help more than replacing gas powered cars with EVs. We can make living areas more dense and walkable without it being some urban metropolis or megacity but politicians and planners would rather expand roads and highways to accommodate even more cars which is more dangerous for everyone, especially pedestrians.

Public transit can work is small cities and rural areas too with proper investment. The suburbs are hellsprawl and don't deserve anything nice though.

Nice. I'm going later this year as well. I'm not sure how much has changed since the pandemic started but Toyosu Fish Market is nice and has some of the best seafood you can get in Tokyo. Maybe try visiting an onsen as well if you go outside the city.

Docs and slides is a barebones version on the Microsoft apps but if that's all you need it for then it's a lot easier to manage. Plus with it automatically being saved in the cloud it's easy to open from any device and you won't need to worry about losing the document.

I've seen a lot of artists that use AI art to help them with their own drawings by getting poses and compositions down. AI art feels extremely lifeless though so I imagine most up and coming artists won't feel too threatened over AI replacing them. The big stink that a lot of artists have over the AI art is the AI scanning all their works without their permission.
