Not quite. Just 25 years of martial arts experience (on and off), involvement in sports, gym training, and a bachelors of science degree that involved a specialization in research and statistics.

A lot of what we attribute to aging is down to poor diet and physical conditioning. Eat fresh, healthy foods and that should help reduce inflammation. Work out a bunch, but don't overdo it. If your just getting into it (or getting back) move at a slow and steady pace.

Mimic tear can really carry you, so definitely get that. Before you get mimic tear, your girl jellyfish aurelia can help by taking aggro away from you.

If you get stuck on a boss, put down your sign so other players can summon you, and this way you can level and learn the bosses tactics. You can also summon players to help, but this increases boss hp so a bad teammate can actually make the boss harder.

I dunno, I think there's gotta be a middle ground. People are definitely obsessed with their phones or whatever nowadays, and there are issues with our culture, but don't let that make you think the old days were golden.
I remember how annoying it was trying to find someone in the mall (unless you'd scheduled when you'd meet up). Information was much harder to distribute, being an independent artist -- it was harder to spread your art, so much was buried because stuff (like racism, abuse, etc) was easier to hide.
Was there good stuff too? Yeah absolutely. But IMO we should be smart and take the best of both.
