Ok and? That still doesn't make someone a pedophile. Pedophilia has to do with physical development, not age of consent. My state, like most states in America, is 16. Does that mean he is a pedophile in Florida but not in my state even though it's the same person? Does that mean "pedophilia" is legal in most of America where the age of consent is under 18?
