I've read chunks of this topic and do agree with the common sentiment that most characters have lost some of their charm thanks to the modernizing of the script and line delivery (and Ada just sounds bad), but I expected that and can let it go. I'm having a tougher time accepting the dev team kinda neutering many of the enemies and making them less creepy/threatening. I'm actually of the opinion that nearly every named character has been made a tier or two better than they were in the original. But as far as enemies go, I haven't noticed too much in the way of bad changes but some of the good changes are amazing.
