Excuse me whilst I laugh at yet more laugh riot miserable excuses at this game.

Lets look at all your miserable excuses shall we:

* It is a bug ridden mess! Oh really?! I have had SEVEN bugs total in both my run throughs of the game. Now lets compare that to my first run through of Saint's Row The Third Remastered where the game froze on me 25 - 30 times on my first run through and even after patched it is still a bug rudden mess. When you have done Three Way both times the game goes all weird looking. Saint's Row 2 suffers from massive slow down in lots of areas when I play it on my Xbox One S.
* The combat is garbage! How? It plays the EXACT same way as the other Saints row games.
* The city is barebones and there is nothing to do in it! Oh really? So I suppose you lot prefere the barebones of Saint's 3 where there were only sixty collectibles in the game.
* It has crap side activities! I will give you the wingsuit one and the one driving a car avoidoing the police. Those were garbage. But the rest were brilliant. Also I liked being able to ride on the roof. Better than just sticking you hand out the window. The Helicopter side missions were far better than the fucking Godawful Heli Assault and Guardian Angel. Let me guess you lot would rather have utter shit like Mind Over Murder!
* The game has crap horrible story missions! Oh Really? I prefered a lot more of the story missions in this game than any of the others. The only ones I didn't like was those crap RPG ones. I can't decide whats worse them or NightBlade.
* It has crap characters!? Oh really? Give those new Saints any day and especially the beautiful Neenah over horrendous characters like Pierce Washington, Viola DeWynter, Matt Miller and Johnny Gat. That was one of the things I loved and SR3 was that he wasn't in it.

Now lets look at a some things you are charging the game being guilty off but can so easily be given to the other games.

* Crap new weapons and abilities. Par for the course for a Saint's Row game. Oh have this new ultra fucking shit Abducto-Ray, Inflato Ray or Bounce Rifle. OMG!
* Giving you absolute shit before giving you something decent. Again par for the course in Saint's Row. Oh shall we give them the utterly brilliant Bluff first? No lets give the players utter shit like Telekinesis and Stomp first and not give them Bluff until it is so late in the game there isn't much left to do with it.
* Or in Saints Row 3 giving you weapons discounts so late in the game that if you haven't already got all your main weapons fully upgraded then you have been doing something wrong.

My only gripe with The Reboot was that Volition listened to the crap speed runners and topped the respect limit to 20. WTF! Get a grip Volition. 20 is fine for a game like Gat Out Of Hell but not this. For a game this size it needed to be 50 at least if not more.

I love this game and I can see it getting replayed by me as many times as I have replayed the other games.
