Dude swung at him, he picked him up quickly, it seems almost like a reflex, and dropped him. Didnt even seem forceful. Unfortunately, the other dude hit his head.

I mean, he didnt have to attack the Taco Bell dude.

Its one of the most atmospheric and somber games Ive ever played. It takes itself very seriously, but has a bunch of silly characters sucked into a situation that is really dark and gloomy.

Battle system is really basic and you never need to actually get deep with it, because nothing takes advantage of it, outside of the two final bosses.

Looks good.

I actually like how it connects to Trigger. Makes you care more about fixing things and makes you hate the villains even more. It also brings up a good point about who really are the villains, in terms or humanity vs nature. (Although it seemed the Planet really did want Crono to win)

I also did it for the NES games. People forget, back then, there was no retro. You either pirated, or had the old hardware. There were no 2D indie games (at least not popular ones), and 2D was dead on consoles. Took until Mega Man 9 to make a true comeback.

Anyway, I unlocked everything possible. Went to the website to find the codes for the special NES games, and even did Link from Hyrule to dig up Warios Woods and Punchout on the GBA island

I like the part where you cant beat a stage because you brought an armor that cant air dash and the nightmare effect decided to place a block over a gap so you cant jump across.

jrpg really became widespread during the ps2 and ps3 era where there was a lot of trashy anime games and janky pedo bait things.

kind of like how euroshmup was important during the 90s

Shirley and Abe are the worst to watch. They are basically prisoners of a gimmick. Shirely with her obnoxious speech patterns and Jesus moments, and Abe is just a cartoon character.

It starts off really strong, but it gets so bizarre and unfocused as it goes on. Abeds meta humor becomes predictable and kind of annoying.

The show becomes flanderized so quickly. Im in season 3. Does it get better?

Just go and meet her anyway. Not like youre getting married. Maybe it will be nice.

3 is dark and mostly takes itself seriously. There is comedy of course, but the game tackles some heavy stuff and has a gritty mood to it. It takes a verryyyyyyyyyyy long time for the interesting characters to come along though.

4 is basically Scooby Doo the Anime. A lot goofier and light hearted, but still takes on deep subjects. It is usually interesting and starts off good from the beginning.

5 , I havent finished. It takes too long for everything to happen, it is full of padding, it is overbloated with things to do, and it keeps repeating the same things over and over.

I think it is losing popularity in Japan. It was a huge thing during Covid, and now, kids kind of moved on to other stuff, especially since Pokemon is huge again.

I know they reference things that happen in 1 a lot, and the consequences of 1 and 2 affect 4. But they talk about it as if it was the backstory of a Dragon Quest game (as in, you just hear about everything from npcs)

it is safe to play 4 without 1 and 2. And those games are painful to play today.

Parks is legit good for the entire run, and it gets better as well. Very rare. It doesnt have the humungous highs that the Office has, but it is consistently good.

The Office has monumental highs, and is infinitely rewatch-able. It has some deep lows though (Season 8). It does have a deeply satisfying ending, so it ends on a high note.

Both are amazing though. Hard to say one is better than the other. I feel the more compliment eachother.
