I have a couple co workers that commute 2 hours each way, they say because the area pays more which is true but I don't think 12+ hours committed to 8 hours of pay is worth it.

Longest work commute I've had is 30 minutes and I hated it, current is 10 minutes.

They seem to be more chill and less skittish in my experience.
