They used to have cross class skills but got rid of them because they kind of sucked, were cumbersome, forced people to play classes they didn't want to play to get skills that were literally essential to playing the role (such as Protect/Cleric Stance for healers or Provoke for tanks), and everybody just wound up using the same ones anyway.

Role skills are the better, easier to understand version.

Any enemy that attacks you while Arms Length is active will slow them. Arms Length is incredibly useful for tanks in dungeons. Slowing a large pack of mobs is a form of mitigation and I find it crazy a lot of tanks don't use this skill more often in dungeons.

Arm's length is amazing I use it all the time so I don't have to do that stupid thing where you run so you don't get knocked off the edge.
