The extremely easy solution is to set price limits on what schools can charge and still receive government funds.

The issue is, where do you draw the line for what qualifies as "destroying company property"? The case itself was about concrete truck drivers who let their concrete harden, wasting it. In the lawsuit itself, they specifically say "we took measures so no trucks were damaged, but the concrete was wasted".

So now you have a precedent that companies can say "oh no, we have veggies/concrete/anything perishable, if you strike--it will be wasted and you'll be 'destroying company property'".

That's the entire point of a strike, dude! You point out "hey, if we don't work, your business literally fails".

I have a $450k solar field. It saves me about 35k in electricity a year and my annual payments towards it are around 22k. Also check to see if your state has a closed SREC market as I get about 8k a year selling those credits. Make sure you get the tax credit of 30% of install cost too. That saved me about 135k. I got a USDA grant for a quarter of the project but I don't think you can apply for that for a home install.

What came of the talking to the manager approach that you tried?

So the issue was that they didnt have a document that I had, and I was basically desperately trying to get someone to speak to me so I could give it to them.

Well the Colonel in charge of the program replied to my IG complaint saying We reviewed all the documentsyou know, except the one I had and was trying to give themso it was basically a non-answer.

I re-filed the complaint and got it approved for elevation, but her being a Colonel and all, if they go to her before speaking to me I suspect its not going to matter.

I also filed an official congressional complaint/request for investigation, for whatever thats worth.

Long story short, my dreams were crushed because of a comically unlucky sequence of events and misconduct that were no fault of my own.

Its not really something I can sue over, because it involves a government agency not picking up the phone or responding to emails/Facebook messages until past a certain deadline.

Its been about a month now, and I still think of it literally hours upon hours every day. I basically dont sleep at night, the only sleep I get happens when Im too physically tired to think.

How do I get over this?
