At least Kokomi received attention at release. Poor Xinyan got released and summarily ignored for over a year until they decided to shoehorn her into an event or two.

I still remember when Xinyan was one of the only characters in the game that didn't appear either in the story or an event.

The only other one was Beidou but this was before she took us to Inazuma

Most of the characters are just boring to me.

Jean, Barbara, Mika, Diona, Bennett, exc.

Some of the characters are alright or decent, it's only saving grace is that it has characters that have really deep backstories that will probably be relevant in the endgame, like Kaeya or Albedo

This event solidified the Sumeru cast as my favorite

Sumeru >> Liyue > Inazuma >>>> Mondstadt

Yaoyao literally has the ability to spawn 2 Yueguis but the skill cooldown/duration doesn't allow it and for some reason Sac Spear is missing.

Apparently the lack of a Sac Spear is due to lore reasons.

In Tales of Zestiria there's a point early on in the game where you can find the final boss just walking around in the field like he's some random enemy and beating him is possible.

You get an instant bad ending if you do beat him early, but it's cool that you can just find him like that lol

TIL: Sorush can carry skills/bursts with them in flying mode, so you could essentially do something like Kaeya burst or Xiangling burst and attack enemies without getting aggro lol

There are a couple but they either get little to no development or are one-sided

Finally got Nilou, built her a little bit, tested her against Masanori and I died in like 5 seconds lmao

Whenever Oda says something like "I really liked drawing this" or "This is my favorite of this thing" theorists take that as a hint for future events.
