I suspect Hogan wouldn't even win the primary for the Republican nomination. I say this because they ran Dan Cox for governor last year and generally they seem poised to double down on that sort of candidate.

A lot of VG pinball games are plagued with some weird physics/bounce mechanics, but Spinball was especially off. Like I'm pretty sure there was a kind of weighted randomness on a given bounce.

Though I have put the most time into Extreme Pinball. That was just what I had on my Win95 family computer back then when my brother and I bought an Electronic Arts 10 for $10 pack. It didn't have as many tables as Epic Pinball and didn't really do anything new or interesting, but it was pinball and it played really well. Rock Fantasy especially was an awesome board.

Kirby's Pinball Land was my very first pinball experience in 1994 and I got a lot of enjoyment out of it too. I never beat it as a kid, but I did circle back to it a few years ago and managed to complete it! Oh, and this was also my first Kirby game.

I did love Space Cadet, but it came along later.

Probably the most abstract solution with shooting arrows through torches is when you burn the webs blocking the light in the Spirit Trial in Ganon's Castle. Normally you use a fire arrow, but there's a torch in the previous room that is just barely in line to hit the webs. I didn't realize that was a thing until I had a randomizer seed force me to do it.

I definitely beat the game without a guide, but getting 100% was slightly guide assisted. I think I missed a deku nut capacity upgrade and I hadn't realized placing bugs on the soft soil did anything.

I have neighbors with dogs who are kind of loud, but most of the time they aren't too bad. The worst is really just the times they get my own dog barking inside the house or make her bark when she goes outside for a walk.

Far worse to me are the neighbors who shoot guns in their backyard at least twice a week, and the one who lets his kid drive his dirt bike or ATV for hours on end. ATV neighbor also shoots in his backyard, but less commonly. However the last time he did it I'm pretty sure he was using fully automatic rifles to do so.

Every once in a while I'll have a slice cold, but generally I heat it back to just being warm in the microwave. As long as you don't blast it in the microwave I really don't find it to be any worse than the oven and it's much faster.

Cases aren't being reported reliably anymore because most surveillance programs have been dismantled (even JHU's) and at-home testing is the principle method now but death and hospitalization rates have fallen to pretty much the lowest levels since the beginning. Even lower than May-June 2021 before the Delta variant came around. That still amounts to around 250 deaths per day in the US, but yeah.

At least there's still some variant tracking happening. Right now the biggest one of concern is one that's caused cases to rise a bit in India lately called XBB 1.16 but it's still just another variant from the Omicron lineage.

Bananas are at their best just before any brown spots appear and there's still a slight bit of green on the peel near the stem. Once significant brown starts appearing they get a funky aftertaste that I cannot stand. They're still great for cutting up into cereal because the cereal and milk mask that aftertaste.

I'll take the popular brands of peanut butter (particularly regular Skippy) over the "natural," low sodium or low sugar varieties any time. Somehow that measly two grams of added sugar per serving and bit of salt are the difference between one of my favorite things in the world and void paste.

By contrast you should be far, far more concerned with not hitting anyone in front of you, because if they slam their brakes in the tenth of a second you're looking behind you for some reason, you're probably looking at a doubled premium.

It really doesn't take much time to inspect mirrors with your periphery to ensure nothing substantial has changed with the situation. My following distance is also always good enough that there's virtually no chance I hit anyone in front of me in that given time.

Oh yeah I also have always used a standard brush.

Ever since high school I've only brushed once before bed, and also had a 12 year period of not seeing a dentist. I had no cavities when I finally saw one again.

I do have the habit of drinking a bit of water and swishing it around a bit after nearly every single thing I eat. I figure that could be helping.

Honestly yeah, but only if you don't make it by the box instructions. The instructions create a cheese soup abomination so I always short it on milk and butter, plus I cook the noodles for less time so they don't turn into complete mush.

Also Cabot and Annie's boxed "mac" and cheese varieties are all superior to Kraft and barely cost much more.

Grilled cheese sandwiches usually are pretty terrible, especially if they're made with processed cheese.

Processed cheese being trash is pretty ice cold, though.
