So all of the shit that they implement isn't keeping toxic lunks away but instead it's keeping those who are actually knowledgeable and able to support/help those embarking on a new fitness journey away. The gym scene has totally changed. Age doesn't determine beauty yeah yeah yeah. While there's no shortage of dudes who're dtf, I'd imagine the struggle comes when they're looking for a serious lifetime commitment. It's hard committing to somebody that's 10 to 25 years older than you. It limits the lifetime of the relationship. Received an education in a foreign language through a schooling/program that's probably more proficient than anything else you can find in the US. Literally got paid to become highly proficient in another language and handed a free associates degree in said language. Not to mention should I go back for the advanced course I'll be on track to get a BA too. I understand this is extremely anecdotal. I'm not trying to make any persuasive arguments.
