How are you confident in that? I know I tip more than 20% when I eat out because as a server, i understand it. There are many servers who would do the same. Then again, i know few servers who wouldn't give shit. I know my best friend, a cook does.

Hell, my favorite customers are servers. I've had servers from a restaurant down the street and they all come in handing money like they were emptying out all their tips.

This...my cousin was a chef, and he always considers even 20% low. He always tips much higher. But I don't think anybody should feel they HAVE to tip more than 20%. I will if they were super nice though

I mean, tipping is kind of stupid, and complaining on twitter also is stupid, but so many people in here saying $70 is a great tip is just wrong. 20% of the bill is customary, more if you had really good service, less if you had bad service. $70 was a very low tip for a $700 bill.

There's four massive theme parks with a ton of rides and a ton of resorts etc all in one area, how do you just.....move? I can't imagine how long it would take to reconsruct everything, and how massively expensive it would be.

You could probably just have it taken offline when you pause unless you're invaded in which case you can't pause.

Quitting out has always been the "pause button" in Soulsborne. You can do it whenever, including during a boss fight and quickly get back into the game when you're done with your shit anyways. Takes like 5 seconds to do.

So then...why not have a pause button?

It's kind of funny with Sirona, since you'd think in the wizarding world you could fully transition with no masculine voice because of, you know, magic. So it's kind of odd that the transition seems like a modern-day muggle transition. So her inclusion feels kind of forced.

It's also odd to see a NPC woman with a wife in 1899.

Not to mention all the diversity of the cast.

The game if anything has gone out of its way to be woke but the funny thing is everybody is still mad at it

Your logic is flawed. If the series didnt want you to block at all, they wouldnt have included shields in the first place. See: Bloodborne.

For the record, I dont use shields either.

Not to mention the new extremely powerful guard counter technique. Shield and sword is my main strategy. And they even have shield and sword as a starting technique. I dont know why it wouldn't be valid. In Sekiro parries were much more effective, in bloodborne you had no shield at all, but in the souls games and elden ring they base a lot around shields

I guess I think the discussion on the origins of fantasy creatures is interesting I just don't think somebody writing a goblin should be accused of anti-semitism.

If people had this reaction to a D&D game for including orcs or goblins I would also find it over the top

That last sentence is a good ideal and if the future you imagine was to happen we at least know that we can raise awareness and make change. The fact we can do that without a bloody revolution is a pretty nice feature of America.

I feel like to an extent this works both ways though. I've literally seen people call America a third world country. People compare things going on here using terms that make them sound ignorant to what happens in other places in the world. Like comparing JKR to Hitler? I mean....that's a huge huge huge huge huge leap that makes you sound ignorant about what the holocaust entailed. And saying America is a third world country makes you sound very ignorant to what it would actually mean to live in one.

The amount of enemies that can trap you in unescapeable combos in From Software games are my biggest frustration with the AI so I voted no
