That's literally my recipe except I use vanilla almond milk and I also add a scoop of Oikos Triple 0 Greek Yogurt. I also use the powdered peanut butter to reduce a little bit of the calories.

Add a little of your favorite granola sometimes and it's a great start to the day.

Edit: Also I got The Ninja Foodi Power Blender and it's never failed once.

There's a cup that you make it in and then you just spin off the blades and spin on a cap and your good to go.

The refusing to bring religion or spirituality into debates with conservatives doesn't work as well as people think it does. They only operate on the understanding that everybody but them are going to hell for not listening to them. You nip that out of the way, they have nothing else to fall back on. Show them right then and there that it is bullshit. Embrace the religion argument, not shy away from it.

In a little Fun Spot Park (Small pay per ride amusement park with arcades and go karts) outside Atlanta.

We're going to fly into Charlotte to do Carowinds and then drive down to Six Flags Over Georgia and then take the trip to Fun Spot.

This will be over 200 coaster credits for me on this trip which is pretty cool milestone.

A simple, silly, but not serious one where you can fuck over friends is one called Survive: Escape from Atlantis. It has you moving players to lifeboats trying to escape an island, but you also control Sharks, Whales, and Krakens trying to destroy your friends boats.

For up to 6 you could try Colt Express which is like an interactive train robbery game where you play as bandits trying to steal loot from a train. There's a lot of screwing over other players in this.

And for up to 8 you could try Camel Up or Long Shot: Dice Game. They're both similar but different. It's basically just a home version of horse betting around a track, but players control certain elements and decisions. Directly there and directly back is worth the 1500% markup over walking to the bus stop closest to your home (assuming there even is one), and then walking from the nearest bus stop to your workplace, then doing it in reverse at the end of the day (assuming the busses are still running then).

Which is why we're saying to invest in public transportation so that your nearest bus stop isn't that far away. That's the point.

Like obviously if you live out in the country than no, but if you live in a major metro area and we develop good light rail/train/busses and make streets more bicycle safe it would be tremendously helpful.

Not to be a downer but do you ever think why is it always schools? Studies by the National Criminal Justice Reference Service show that the rates at which teachers abuse students is staggering. The average principal has hidden at least 3 cases of sexual assault; so if you've met a principal ever they more than likely have hidden multiple crimes to protect the school's reputation.
