The inclusion of a transgender and a lesbian felt jarring and out of place, given the game was set in the late 1800s. Everything else felt time period appropriate except for that inclusion. Like even the costumes you can get are things people will wear from that time period and not the usual cosmetic fanservice stuff seen in most other games, especially anime games. It feels like the LGBT was added to check a box and to appease a certain demographic and it does break immersion a bit. Also seeing the likes of SenlinDescends getting all worked up is hilarious. Stay salty bro. |
