To your first point, Im almost positive there was a conversation between the director, Woo and Monica where he says she stole Vision and resurrected him and they said that was a direct violation of the Sokovia Accords and Visions living will. So if theyre saying if she stole and resurrected him was a violation, then its fairly easy to assume if the director did the same, doctored video and clearly was using Vision as a weapon, that that would most certainly violate the accords. As to the second point, I can see where youre coming from. But at the same time, Monica just found out her Mother died from Cancer so I think they were kinda showing how much she understood fresh loss like Wanda. And honestly, I dont blame Wanda for not wanting to go voluntarily despite what shed done. Remember when she was arrested after Civil War? They took her to the Raft, put her in a small cell and put her in a straight jacket. Im not saying at all that what she didnt wasnt severely messed up, but can see why Wanda would be like, Im out bitches. --- Father of 3 |

He also tried to hide what he did and faked evidence.
