I was hoping between 1.2 - 1.3 but there was nothing available with what I wanted. The homes were either outdated or too far from my place of work.

Do they do inspections and shit in Canada? I got mine and and all the little fixes the seller paid for or I would threaten to back out unless they lowered the price if I had to do it myself. That's a hell of a price tag though so i'm sure it's nice.

That's because there was no salary cap during Columbus first season so teams back then didn't have to worry about cap crunching so the blue jackets ended up with just scraps.
