I knew somebody who used to rave about this game back in the day and I always wanted to play it, but was never able to. Just went to look at the price, and it looks like it's getting pretty expensive these days.

You can get it digitally on PS3 or Vita if you have either of those.

One of my all-time favourites.

It's an amazing game even with the 2nd disc as it is.

I'm looking forward to the final season of Better Call Saul coming to Netflix.

Not sure exactly when that's happening though.

I'm 38 and beat 31 games this year, probably the most I've ever beaten in a year. I probably play more than I have since I was like 12.

It was probably my most productive gaming year too. I finished 29. A lot of them RPGs.

I game more these days than at any other point in my life.

Be thankful you can go back. I'm on sick leave until March 1st. I've been off since November 21st. Sounds great, but I get bored if my mind isn't active and I'm actually doing something.

Yeah. That's a long time to be off.

I got laid off for 10 weeks a few years back and that kinda got boring after a while. Especially because of the lack of money. I was collecting unemployment, but that's only 2/3 of my regular pay.

The 1/3 I was missing out on made up a huge portion of my spending money.

The lack of a map or objective marker was my biggest issue. I liked everything else.

I need a map in my games these days. I take too many breaks for beer, piss, CE, etc. When I get back to the game I need a map to remind me where the fuck I'm going.

I thought Wedge being voiced by Badger from Breaking Bad was kinda funny.

I had re-watched Breaking Bad not long before playing FF7R for the first time, so I recognized the voice right away.

Finally finished the first act.

I've had the game on the back burner this past week while I played Crisis Core Reunion. But I finished that yesterday so I can give my full attention back to this game now.

Just finished Crisis Core Reunion. It was pretty good. I had played the original on PSP years ago but forgot almost everything about it. So it was pretty much a new experience.

Gonna get back into Chained Echoes now.
