I still havent beaten the second mission in speed battle, or the 30m damage mission on Omega because I dont have the patience to hope for proper rotations for hours.

Barely managed to beat Syn on my first try. Finished with 10k health remaining. Glad I don't have to go through that again.

Mine was junk too. No real SSRs worth noting, though I did get an LR Gohan/Krillin as a non-guaranteed, which is a rainbow for them.

Then my 3 guaranteed were INT Godku (already rainbowed), INT Vegeta (already rainbowed), and AGL Gohan/Krillin (already rainbowed).

At least it was free I guess.

The real reward was the friends we made along the way

Yeah theres no way to tell. No one expected Cooler last year, thats for sure.

I will say, it has been a very long time since we got a new Vegito, so I would not be surprised to see something like that.

PHY transforming Vegeta EZA too

Okay the transforming Super Buu EZA is actually pretty good. Was dropping 12m supers on the new IDBH stage linked up with Buutenks.

Yeah the Vegito is basically whatever. Super Buu is decent. Still, free stones.

I will say, even at 55% the 8th anniversary units have been pretty impressive.

Ended up going back in to get a copy of the Buu duo. I will not disclose how many stones it took, but suffice to say that I now have every other unit on the banner rainbowed.

But anyway, Ive got like 4000 red coins so Ill just get my copies during Tanabata.

Yeah, honestly I probably should have stopped after the discounts. This anniversary feels like such a wet fart compared to the previous ones. The LRs arent even that exciting compared to how much of a power boost the 5th/6th/7th ones were at the time of release.

Did the rest of my pulls for now, 3 rounds on each banner, and the only LRs the game seems to want to give me are the 6th anniversary units.

About 1200 stones overall and just one copy of a new LR to show for it.

Did my discount rounds, got the new GT LR, and a copy of each of the 7 year LRs (3rd dupe of each). Not too bad. Ill do more tomorrow.

Only 4 LRs? Disappointing

My tickets were not particularly noteworthy. I did get two LRs: my 3rd dupe of Krillin/Gohan and my 600th copy of K&C. Not terribly exciting but I guess I got LRs so its fine.

As much as WT still sucks, I will say that INT Piccolo has made this one slightly less painful than usual

Yeah honestly as sad as it sounds, skipping Anniversary is probably the play here. WWC is likely going to be better, and you can get both 8th Anni units from coins later in the year, plus now the Gammas on the Tanabata banner.

Tanabata SSJ4 looks pretty bananas. Pun intended.

Sure love these Prime Battle EZAs where they force you to use units that arent under any leader skills.

Oh I know, this wouldnt be the first gacha Ive quit after years. Thing is I still want to like it and I think there are good things about the game, but the devs just seem content to coast and pump out the bare minimum for everything not Anni or WWC.

I kind of agree, Ive barely been playing at all these last few months. Ill give it until WWC to see if that gets me excited, but if thats a dud this year I may pack it in.

I do actually like the unit but also yeah no way this banner is getting any stones. Ill just hope to get him on some other LR banner in the future.

Honestly I usually dont care about story in Zelda games, but I think they did a great job with that and the lore in TotK.

I would recommend doing the Rito village questline on the sooner side of things, just because the ability you get there is the most useful (similar to BotW). Doesn't have to be right away, but I wouldn't put it off forever.

I played a bunch today. The general gameplay loop is a bit more of a retread than I had hoped, but the new abilities let you do some really cool things.
