Probably Parasite for me. While there were a bunch of movies I enjoyed more, I didn't know what to expect and was surprised how much I loved even 10 minutes in.

I never said skin color doesn't matter. And I straight up said people with a different skin color get treated differently. And the things they say about Eastern European immigrants are just as bad as they call them "assholes, rapists and criminals" as well. They are very much treated as subhuman by many just the same.
It's simply a wider concept than just the skin color here. The skin color is just the first obvious indicator that they're not from here. And we have the "I'm a patriot, fuck the brown people" racists just like America does. I can't count the number of times I've heard "But I'm a Belgian so my opinion/experience/life is more important" shit. I regularly lament the fact that many can't see past their own tiny world.

The stereotype "loud, ignorant American" is def a thing here, but you don't regularly hear people talking about it.

Only time I've ever interacted with an American IRL was when we were hanging out at the local skatepark as teens. He was on vacation with his parents and looking for a place to skate. Poor guy didn't really get a chance to as he was bombarded by questions on how life was like in the States. But my group of friends treated him with nothing but kindness and curiosity. Never thought to ask how others were treating him.

Kid Jon was gone way too soon. Feels like they introduced him and barely explored him as a kid. I mostly hate Bendis for forever ruining the wonderful dynamic he had going with Damian.

Racism, while being a very real problem, is quite different here. It's not so much the skin color, but the fact that you're not "from here". You can be as white as snow, but as soon as people notice you're not a native of said country, you're an outsider. Though people with a different skin color tend to face that barrier a lot quicker as natives just assume they're not from the same country even if they're 3rd generation immigrants.

Of course this applies to different countries in various degrees and whether or not you're an immigrant or a tourist. I'm mainly speaking from the perspective of my country and neighboring countries.

Pretty much any Souls game. I like action RPG, I like a challenge...I've tried a bit of the 1st Dark Souls and never had the urge to try anything else. Don't know why, it just doesn't click for me. I did enjoy what I played of Nioh 2 though.

The difference being here that English isn't our native language. I fully admit I've always struggled with the "who/whom" thing. But I'm not teaching an English class to non English speaking teenagers insisting I fully grasp the language.

I've had multiple English teachers tell me "that word doesn't exist" or "that word is not spelled correctly" until I slapped them with the Oxford dictionary.
Once spend an entire class arguing with an English teacher whom persisted the words "remote control" were pronounced "remute control". Took her ass to the principal as they loved to do the same to me.

That's not to say there aren't some great teachers out there that need to be shown some more love from their students.

James Gunn is gonna bring Robin back to the big screen in his DCU Batman movie. It'll be Damien, not Dick tho. Tho Nightwing could have a role in it.

Forgot all about that. I love his work overall, but I really hope he can acknowledge the history of Robin without turning it into a joke.
And honestly....a movie featuring Damian should have Dick as Batman. The reversal of the Batman/Robin dynamic was great. Without that we have a grumpy Batman with a more grumpy Robin.

I think its strange we haven't seen Mojo yet.

Mojo is tied to the X-Men franchise. So he's been over at Fox for 3 decades until Disney bought them. Once the MCU gets into the X-Men, I think there's a good chance for a Mojo movie. Deadpool 3 would honestly be the perfect movie to have Deadpool hop from the Foxverse into the Mojoverse only for him to end up in the MCU.

The writer/showrunner of Ozark wrote a screenplay that was in development. No one knows the status right now.

I know, but I just don't see it happening like many of DC's announced movies. And the fact that they seem to actively avoid Robin makes me all the more sure

I feel the same. A lot of times I just end up not giving a fuck anymore and don't watch the new season because it's been 2-3 years since the last.

I went to a Catholic school in Europe and to this very day I don't know how to say the "Our Father" thing. I can't recite the Ten Commandments. If we didn't have a "Saint whatever" name, you wouldn't even be able to tell we were in a Catholic school.
Southern US truly seems to be filled with zealots.

That along with some of the karaoke songs are the one thing I refuse to do in Yakuza games. It'll always irk me I'll never get 100% completion, but I'm not learning to play an entirely different game to complete a videogame.
And some of those songs (along with the surgery in FotNS) just seem impossible to me.
