I own the manga and always preferred that over the anime. But yeah, fantastic series.

I rather play video games.

It's my favourite show of all time. One could argue that it is objectively one of the best shows ever made, since it is the favourite show for many people.

But I still voted "no", because there is no objective metric to determine "the best". In my opinion, yes, but not objectively.

I must have misinterpreted the meaning of the word "indifferent", my bad (english isn't my native language).

I just meant to say that I don't have any interest in using social media (other than this board, or looking up a video guide when I'm stuck in a game), because it doesn't offer me any value. But I see it as a threat to me in real life, the more people radicalize themselves there.

Unfortunately, many people are prone to fake news. They lose touch with reality and become radicalized when consuming too much of it.
Hate speech and insults directed at the LGBTQ community, women and jews have increased massively during the last years.

Social media must be better regulated. Users must be better protected. Harassments or worse should have consequences in real life.

Why? Because the more people radicalize themselves in social media, the more it affects me in real life, too. I don't want to meet ticking timebombs with disgusting, brainwashed views at every corner when I walk out my house.

Many people are insecure and constantly need reassurance.
In addition, some of these people have poor social skills because they spend way too much time on social media platforms or gaming boards.
They never learned to be tolerant and they never understood, that different people like different things. That it's pointless and childish to make something bad, just because they like/prefer something else.

I never really understood the narrow-mindedness of such people. And I'm glad, that my friends in real life are tolerant and kind. I mean, we all have the same hobby, right? There's no point in fighting.

Doesn't surprise me. In my personal environment, the most happiest and succesful people are those who are intelligent and open-minded. It's people who try to see the whole picture, understand other points of view and the importance of inclusion.

My wife and I have been together for 17 years. I found her extremely attractive when we met, and I find her extremely attractive now.
But that's not really what matters. We respect each other's views, values, tastes, likes and dislikes. I both like and love her as a person.

Look for someone whose personality you can gel with and who likes you back. Happiness is about so much more than "sufficiently hot."

Yeah, we can make a very good living (also living in a wealthy country... we are aware of our luck and appreciate it every day...).

There was a time when I thought hard about whether I'll regret not having kids someday or not, but I came to the conclusion that I won't. I just never had to urge to have children. As an introvert, the time for myself and my needs is too important. I want to enjoy my life as much as possible with the limited time given.

My girlfriend and me have been together for 7 years, but marriage is not an option. Why? Because in Switzerland, we would end up paying more taxes and getting less pension. Second, we don't want to have children. Last, we are not religious and there is simply no reason to think about getting married (other than for romantic feelings). In case someone of us dies or gets very ill, we made arrangements and testaments.

Fascism. Plain and simple.

I feel you on this for sure, I do a lot of cooking, lot of fish and vegetables, I slow smoke a lot of meat at home also. In the rare event I get fast food anymore, I always regret it and the burgers have a strange underlying taste to them.

It was one of the reasons why I didn't like BotW as much as others.

I was able to add money to my account by credit card and PayPal just last week and use it on the 3DS and Wii U shops.

Aside from games, that only released digitally (like Ace Attorney 5/6 or Zero Time Dilemma), I have all the games I wanted as a physical copy.

In regard to Virtual Console games, I purchased some classics. Especially GBA games like Golden Sun 1/2, Final Fantasy Tactics Advance and all the GBA Fire Emblem games. I own them all physically too, but who knows how long GBA games are gonna last...

Could I have bought more? Probably. But realistically, I have all the games I really wanted. There are too many interesting games and I can't play them all anyway, so I focused on getting only the most important titles.

Yes, I got the used one from my GF. In fact, I even intend to play 3-4 games on it later this year.

It's true that all breeds of dogs can attack people if not properly trained. However, empiric data is proving without a shadow of doubt that pit bulls are one of the most dangerous, if not the most dangerous breed. Even if they are properly trained, they are more likely to attack people or other animals than other breeds.

Hell, I've met pitbulls and not one of them tried to attack me.

You may have made different experiences with pit bulls, but same as each of us, you are only a tiny light on this planet and your personal experience isn't objective.

Objective empiric data exists and proves that they are dangerous, regardless of your own tiny experience. Not each of them is dangerous, but the dog breed as a whole is, compared to others.

It's as simple as that.
