Much appreciated! Ive iterated on my displays and shelves a lot but I realized that theres a certain point where putting everyone all in one area isnt practical. So I had to make a decision to make the split into three smaller groups that I mentioned. This is the result of many moves and many ways of trying to sort stuff.

also since some people seem to be posting pics, heres my modern collection (360-Current). I have a shelf of handheld games on the other side of my living room and the classic stuff is in the bedroom.

I'm digging those organizational skills. There is a lot there yet somehow manages to not look cluttered.

I like physical in case I want to trade it in or let a friend borrow it. I keep a rather curated collection and don't keep what I think I won't play again, so it doesn't take up more than a shelf or two. Also as people age they may tend to get stuck in their ways more. Its just how I've always had my games and digital hasn't offered enough of an incentive for me to change.

Final Fantasy games on the PS5 (Started with X, IX and now I'm on VIII). Replaying to see if I still feel the same way about them.

Great games. I've played each many times through. I think I've probably spent the most time on 8, but 7, 9, and 10 are fantatstic.

Just turned off PS, was playing bit of Horizon zero dawn. Im almost done with game (cry), im playing DLC, almost at the end of main dlc quest ( cyan - im sure people who played it know what i am talking about). i think after that i have 2 side quests left and then.... the end....

currently i am replaying mass effect because it's been so long i forgot mostly everything. second playthrough so far and decided on biotic femshep. i usually pick soldier, so this is amusing as heck. think i prefer manshep just a little bit though, other than a couple voice lines.

also played through a game called hedon. it is basically a modernized doom with bits of cartoon orc porn sprinkled throughout secret areas, so it's pretty decent.

life is good, chums.

I replayed the trilogy back in 2020. Great series. I'm currently replaying cyberpunk 2077.

MGSV didn't even have an ending. Just some random missions that seemed like they were going somewhere and then the game just abruptly ends.

Not necessarily that the ending is terrible, but like the final part sucks.
Brave Fencer Musashi comes to mind, a shitty final dungeon and bullshit last boss.

I thought that ending was pretty good.

Chrono trigger was good. I had to use save states on emulator to beat the final boss. Time travel is always an interesting concept. Chrono cross was good too, but I wouldn't consider either my favorite.

My favorite is harder to pin down. There are so many to choose from, and I like them all for different reasons. Brave fencer musashi, ff xv, mgs2, re4, the witcher 3, mass effect 2, uncharted, Friday the 13th the game all come to mind.

I'm not the biggest fan of it. Probably should be left one way or the other.

If they made a live-action can you the hill I think Matthew McConaughey would make a great boomhower. And Brittany Murphy would have been good for Luann and current day Haley Joel Osment would make a great Bobby Hill

I wish. I imagine it like salute your shorts. Went to a boy scouts day camp for a few weeks. It was fun with lots to do: swimming volley ball wood working arts and crafts archery bb guns watermelon seed spitting. Being a kid was so great. Don't get me wrong, adulthood has its perks too, but there's just something about a time that's nothing but potential.

I would say mine is horizon forbidden West.
