I chop up a few slices of bacon and air fry them until crispy, while I cut off the stems of the sprouts and slice them in half. Then I take the rendered bacon fat and toss the sprouts in some with some salt and pepper, and air fry on the highest temp until they get nice and charred/crispy. toss with the bacon bits, maybe a little shredded parm, and some balsamic vinegar. --- Cover your knees up if you're gonna be walkin' around everywhere. |
